What to expect when you book with us
Booking a home takes five steps: choose your dates and destination, compare homes on the details that decide the trip, review the full itemized quote, book direct with us, and arrive to a home our local team has already prepared. You see the total before you pay, and you have a local contact for the whole stay.
We manage these homes ourselves. The people who list a home are the same people who inspect it, turn it over, and pick up the phone during your stay, so whoever you reach already knows the house you are standing in.
From first search to check-in
1. Search your dates and destination. Start with when you are going and where. Palm Springs in July and Palm Springs in February are two different trips, and the calendar tightens around holiday weeks and big desert weekends. Setting dates first means you only look at homes that are actually open to you.
2. Compare homes on the details that decide it. Layout for your group, the kitchen, the outdoor space, parking, and how close you are to the sand, the trailhead, or the first tee. Photos tell you the style of a house. The details tell you whether everyone can sit down to dinner together.
3. See the full quote before you book. Your dates produce an itemized quote: the nightly rate for those specific nights, cleaning, taxes, and any fees that apply to that home, added into one total. Cancellation terms and the payment schedule sit alongside it.
4. Book direct with your local team. Booking here puts the reservation with the team that manages that home, in that destination. If plans change or something needs attention mid-stay, you reach the office that holds the keys instead of a general support queue.
5. Arrive to a prepared home. Ahead of check-in you get arrival instructions, how to get into the house, parking notes, and a local contact for the destination. Someone from our team has been through the home since the last guest left.
What you see before you pay
Before you enter payment information, the booking screen shows your exact dates, the nightly rate for those specific nights, cleaning, taxes, and any fees that apply to that home, totaled into one number. You approve that total first. Payment comes after.
Rates move with the calendar in every destination we manage. The same house prices differently over a holiday weekend than it does on a quiet Tuesday in September, and desert homes and mountain homes run on opposite seasons. The quote in front of you is priced for your nights, not an average of the year.
Cancellation terms and the payment schedule are shown with the quote, before you commit to anything. If a term does not work for your trip, that is the moment to call the local office rather than after the fact.
